Although Shopkeeper Global content shortcodes will work in most areas of Shopify, there are a few known places it will not work:
- Product or blog tag fields
- Product types fields
- Vendor fields
- Collection fields
- Handle fields for SEO
Depending on how the theme you are using has been built, you may have issues using the tags in Liquid files.
If you suspect this might be the case, try using the tag in a product or collection description, blog post or page content as a test. If it works there, the issue is likely a conflict with your theme.
