If you find that you are unable to create a filter because your products, collections, locations, tags, product types, or vendors are not showing up, or not loading changes you have made, please make sure you have saved your changes in your Shopify admin and that items are not in "draft" status.
If your items are still not showing up in our app, click the "Re-index Products/Collections/Inventory" button in the left drop-down menu.

Reset The App
If things are still not showing up properly, disable and re-enable the app by going to "System/App status" under the "General" section of the drop-down menu in the left sidebar clicking the "Enabled/Disabled" near the top of the page.
