Please note that each time you switch to a new theme or update your current theme, you most likely will need to complete the installation instructions for your ShopKeeper apps again since updating themes typically removes all code customizations.

Some of our apps have a "fresh install" button that is helpful in these cases, but also be sure to follow the complete installation instructions, especially these points:

  • For our gift card apps, you typically have to change the template your gift card product(s) use
  • Global Content requires adding some additional tags to the main theme Liquid file

Store owners should always test the functionality of all apps after a theme change or update so that issues can be corrected as soon as possible.

Paid customers can take advantage of our free installation service for assistance in "reinstalling" apps after a theme update. When submitting your request, please be sure to indicate which theme we should be working on and if it is live or unpublished. 

We are unable to offer refunds or credits for store owners who discover an app stopped working due to a theme update or other change.
